Robbie has been coaching in the Merchants program since 2021. He is passionate about kids sports since it teaches so many valuable life lessons including how to win and lose, how to be a good teammate, the value of hard work, and the chance to overcome challenges. His style of coaching focuses on creating a positive atmosphere where the language is encouraging, while expecting a lot in order to celebrate growth and commitment. In addition to Merchants he is very active with Northlake Little League and NLLL All Stars. In college Robbie played baseball at Northwest University.
